HFDT complies with Australian Consumer Law
In the case of faulty goods or services, customers will be asked to present substantial evidence of any faults.
For products, if a product is determined to be faulty due to manufacturer or supplier causes, HFDT will offer replacement products valued up to the price the customer purchased any product(s) for or a full refund will be issued subject to payment processing times. Product faults caused by any other means such as customer negligence or product use outside of what’s reasonable for the product are not the responsibility of HFDT or any of HFDT’s manufacturers or suppliers and therefore shall not be dealt with by HFDT.
For services, if a service provided to the customer by HFDT is determined to be faulty by causes related to the quality of the original service work, a repair or replacement service will be offered up to the value of the original service paid for by the customer. Service fault claims may be determined to be innacurate such as in the case of a fault being caused by unresonable use by the customer in which case HFDT shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the customer. A refund shall only be issued when the cause of the fault is determined to be related to the quality of the original service work and when a repair or replacement service is refused by the customer.
Any disputes regarding returns, replacements or repairs should at least be submitted to HFDT via the form on the contact page to ensure information regarding the dispute is electronically captured for future reference.
HFDT provides a price match guarantee for products only. Price matching shall be applied to each product intended to price match with individually. The price match guarantee shall not apply under any of the following conditions:
Shipping times may vary between products due to products being sourced from different suppliers and manufacturers. Any shipping times provided to the customer are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.
Product orders placed by customers shall only be processed and products dispatched when payment has finished processing, usually within 1-3 business days.

Product prices are subject to change at any time for various reasons such as increasing manufacturer and supplier costs. Any members of HFDT are not obligated to provide reasoning for product price changes.
HFDT shall only be liable for damages caused by products and/or services provided to the customer by HFDT up to the total value paid by the customer.
